Had 5 child and it cased me to have problems with heavy urinary incontinence and now I have started using a Home delivery Incontience supply company called aqdirect and have my confidence back with privacy (unmarked shipping to my home), comfort (the quality and care we deserve) and success (finally feel not alone) . They ship great Pull ups designed specifically for my needs to my home and I am able to use as many as I need and its as cheap as shopping for them without the embarrassment.

Currently using Depends with a poise pad in side. Basically use diaper like underwear. I change the pad often and the diaper when needed. I usually go thru 3 diapers a day.
