I have been on peritonial dialysis for just over a year. At first it worked well but o and on have had terrible drainage problems with huge amounts o water retention. But I need to make it work ? Don't know what to do next
I was on PD until my transplant. It worked for me. Side effects were feeling really bloated and sometimes winded.

Treatment is working. My legs have decreased in size and I am walking much easier now. I find the dialysis treatment very exhausting. I come home and all I want to do is sleep
On PD , did hemo before. I prefer PD
