This is definitely seeming to be at minimum somewhat helpful. I'm new to it still, but seems like I'm learning WONDERFUL tips to get through those crisis moments. Also helps me to be more available to others. Highly recommended. Used for PTSD episodes, but can also be used during BeePee crisis situations.
