It works alot of tools that you can use but you really have to be commited to it I have gone through 3 DBT outpatient classes and it has changed my life to be able to face the sexual abuse issues

The only real solution I have found. I have made major progress in DBT since I started in September. It is excruciatingly hard but the most worth it thing Ive ever done since recover from my Eating Disorder gotta be alive to continue therapy To quote my therapist This is not going to be the hardest thing you will ever do in your life it is going to CHANGE your life

Just started inpatient last week. 31/2 hours 3 days a week. I did a shorter version but don't think it worked as well
