It is working when I stick to it, the problem is that I am dealing with depression as well, (due to another reason), and somedays I find out I just dont care.

I count my carbs (I do a sliding scale anyways with a carb count) and I watch my sugar, sometimes since I count my carbs I do splurge but that's not very often at all.
