Detox Saved my life, and was the final turning point for me, i needed to go through the with drawl symptoms without any medication in order to realize the amount of damage I was doing to my body and make that final decision that I wasn't willing to take a second chance with my life by using drugs again.

worked- didn't like all the meds
After a 33 day stay at a psychiatric hospital for drug abuse and attempted suicide, I was forced to look in the mirror.. It's been six years now.
I didnt actually go anywhere to detox. I simply had enough of being in a fog from all the Dilaudid Morphine and fentynal. I was sick of it taking my life away I hated the withdrawels and I knew I needed to stop the habit before things got too bad.My doc agreed to ween me off of all the opiates which i was using upwards of 100 mg of dilaudid a day. It was hard but I feel so much better without them and Im getting my life back together. It feels good
Went to rehab back in 2006. It helped me quit for extended times. It helped me learn to live like a "normal" person again. I used to have a big, big problem. I still have a problem but it did help

Worst experience I have ever had! Would not go back on a bet so I count it as worked, just the thought of going back keeps me sober!!!
Working / Worked
It worked, but the hospital had me on so many drugs that I didn't know what was going on.
