I am currently taking ZUMBA classes at the gym. And I used to do a TKB class where the instructor used great music!
it worked great but i was abusing my body in other ways and I crashed soon after.

Dancing is one of the best work outs for losing weight, if you do a good job and put a lot into it, you can get all your muscles and get your heart pumping, plus, it releases the endorphins, so it's really fun, and you really don't feel like your exercising that much.
Just get some great music with a really good beat, and just go for it. Seriously a recommendation.
