Heart breaking and painful very empty feeling.

1st a result of incomplete miscarriage and hemorrhaging
2nd a week after miscarriage to retrieve fetal tissue for genetic testing
3rd to release placenta after labor and delivery at 17 weeks

I had to have a d&c because I was hemorrhaging. I was very sore afterwards.

The D&C was fine. No side effects. I was admitted the day after we found out my baby's heart stopped. Everyone was very kind and the procedure itself took only about 15 minutes. I did take the following day off of work just to grieve.
