Not sure if this working yet or not. Started a few months back. Changed skin and hair to oily as opposed to bone dry. Not much else.

It's so hard to tell, I was taking DHEA along with many, many other supplements. I think it may have helped somewhat with hormonal imbalance (mood swings).
helps me be able to get up in the morning and deal with stress a little bit better. No side effects so far just went from 10mg a day to 20mg a day.
This was back in 2000, and (like all of you) my memory is not good. I think it helped because there was no DHEA in my blood and very little in my saliva. No side effects.

I do think it helps. I take it in conjunction with other things and had extensive bloodwork first to see that it was indicated.

seemed to help but then caused anxiety
Tested super low, on dhea and seriphos for adrenal exhaustion.
i am on so many meds that i am unable to determine what works anymore and what doesnt.

Well you can only get a Homoeopathic formula here that apparently stimulates your own bodies production, so its not really a supplement.

DHEA in its pure form is illegal in australia which is annoying.
