I took DHEA (pregnenolone) and I feel it helped me. Still take a small amount daily.
I was on a supplement for 1 month, b/c it was found that my level was extremely low. I had so much else going on at the same time, I am not sure if it helped or not.

Used it for a while many years back but didn't seem to do much. Not on it now.
My NEW doctor who is local and on our insurance has me taking 25mg of DHEA. She is hoping it might help regulate all my female type hormones.
