I use stronger muscle relaxers now.

This does keep my muscles from seizing up, especially my neck.

Works well at bedtime.

I take one a night every night and never miss a dose. I find that it helps me to wake up and not be so stiff. I also take it when I am in pain as prescribed by my doctor. I won't say that there is a huge difference but it certainly helps to take the edge off and if I catch it early enough it helps me to be able to stay at work. Not side effects.
