I LIKE to bike I just dont have the stamina for it but its fun to me. Id just like to be able to work up to getting out of my neighborhood and also not falling off. I had to learn how it feels to be on a bike again lol.

36 years ago... i was recovering from a serious car accident, and i took up biking...never dieted a day, in fact, i took up the biking because it was exactly 5 miles to the dairy queen, and every day i rode up, had my chocolate milk shake, and then rode back home....never dieted, never...but the pounds dropped off!!!! and I went from a size 16 to a size 10!!!!! with a milkshake every single day!!!!!!!
