It was ok, I don't think it was intense enough for the weight loss I'm looking for. Kept it interesting though, you were never on a machine for too long, everyone knows how boring that can get.

I tried this but never joined. I felt uncomfortable and did not feel I had much freedom with the women there, they seemed to get in my way. I did appreciate the fact that they teach you how to do their program and they do that well.
