we went to Montana for a long weekend "boot camp" for marraige therapy. It did help alot. They gave us tools to use to help with communication and dealing with the affair.

I had 6months counseling....alone. He would never go with me. (Indication that the marriage was already over for him.) I was able to heal through the counseling(He was manic) and learned how to let go of the marriage(he had an affair that lasted over a year).... very difficult.
