Worked for a while...
had lost 70 lbs in the past but its a pain to remember to write it all down
This is what has worked recently and am planning to start recording food and calories again today and through the summer.
It really was an eye opener writing down everything and helped me to not overeat knowing i had to write it down. Helpful to know how many calories are in certain foods too. Got tired of writing everything after a few wks though.
Works just damn hard to stick with.
Worked and still do this.
