This worked well. But once again, for long-term sake, it was just too difficult. I know they say a day at a time...but it was too daunting to think I had to do it for years.
I did Weight watchers which worked well for me now Im at targer weight and feel a few pounds slipping back on through emotional eating after a stressful few weeks.
Constantly counting calories and reading nutritional facts became tedious
I tend to get obsessed about it. I'd rather not do it.

Works, but becomes obsessive.
