I am currently counting calories to maintain my weight loss and to occasionally make adjustments (gain/lose) to my weight.

drives me insane though
Its hard for me to maintain.
For months i counted calories , fats, & carbs. Lost 70 lbs but now need support to help me get back on track.
I think this is the answer and I am going to try it again and see if I can stick to it.
