slow as fuck though
1 lb a week. its slow and steady. but i only ate 1000 calories a day. by my height, it's okay though. i cut out 500 cals a day
comes back once you stop though :( but i might've binged it all back. i dont remember
Worked pretty well, but was a pain. I also have a difficult time being honest about what I eat since I'm such a binger, leading to guilt, leading to binge... see the cycle?
When you start tracking the amount of calories you eat per day it's amazing how quickly you stop eating the 'naughty' foods - I could not believe that a pizza has around 1000 calories in it - no wonder I was overweight.

This is the most powerful tool I have found to help keep myself conscious of my food and portion choices.
can't do math anymore due to MTBI
I think this one is the key....if I didn't count calories, I'd never lose weight.
