Worked pretty well, but was a pain. I also have a difficult time being honest about what I eat since I'm such a binger, leading to guilt, leading to binge... see the cycle?

When you start tracking the amount of calories you eat per day it's amazing how quickly you stop eating the 'naughty' foods - I could not believe that a pizza has around 1000 calories in it - no wonder I was overweight.
