Helping me alot. Good to keep an eye on what im eating in a day
I used this method years ago
I can do it for a little while, but I have a hard time continuing. The best thing about this is that there are apps that help and even if I don't stick with it on a regular basis it helps me make better choices in the long run. If I eat fast food I think about what my app would say. I always choose unsweet tea (0-15 calories) over sweettea (about 350 calories), or I drink water. This way I can have with I crave in moderation and feel good that I'm not spoiling my efforts.
It worked years ago, but I can't stick to it now.
IT really works!
Myfitness pal is a good motivator for me
