Is working currently taking 5mg daily except 7.5mg on Tues and Thurs

For me Coumadin is somewhat helpful. My last blood clot was back in November. I have to get my coumadin checked weekly because it fluates greatly due to physical and mental things that I go through. I have recently been taken out of work permanently so thats a tough pill to swallow at 40.

Daily injections of Enoxaparin

Currently still stabilizing my INR but judging by my bruises... yeah, it's working.

Worked in the past , I hope it works now.

Warfarin left me bone weary, true very very tired all the time. It made my gums bleed during the night and i frequently had minor chest pains. I've been cleared on a d-dimer test a few months ago and taken off warfarin so i guess it work, but subsequent scan shows the vien concerned has collapsed / blocked permanaently.

Warfarin worked for me. But I had to adjust the dose every week on the basis of my INR report.

still trying to get theraputic a few weeks out...is taking long and I am taking 12.5 and 10 every other day.

I had surgery 9 years ago which left DVT's and they were treated, since then i have had 2 major surgeries and i realise these weren't treated.

Still taking 8mg a day
