I am using 25mg of hydrocortisone daily
I use 15mg in AM, 5mg at lunch, and 5mg at dinner.
Anything lower creates nausea, tremors and extreme fatigue.

I've only been on it for a week and a half but I felt like I was back to myself in terms of energy level. I had to use Solu-Cortef during my minor health crisis (vomiting/dehydration due to stomach virus) and I think it's causing abdominal distention and slight facial swelling, which is very uncomfortable.

it has worked. i can tellthe difference but i still get very tired.i do take injection of 100mg of hydrocortisone.

Like this better then Dexamethasone I think. Don't feel as well, but less side effects....I guess it is the lesser of the two evils

07/05 my world turned upside down into horrific mental/physical nightmare, starting with cardiac cath/stent placement, then multi-ENT surgeries, then emergency surgery to stop ENT hemorrhage complication. Upon recovering from that, symptoms of profound weakness and physical collapse intensified. I had gastric surgery for esophageal reflux, and sought endocrine consult resulting in Dx of: Addison's disease, HGH deficiency, hypothyroidism, & postmenopausal hormone deficiency. Taking MANY hormones.
