Worked well for ADHD until he developed a tic and stutter

Only side effect has been decreased appetite at lunch but he has made up for it at his other mealssnacks. His growth has not been affected.

My son is very good for most part of the day. It just seems to wear off to soon.

This is ritalin for adults. I take 27 mg daily; a higher dose made me jumpy. It does a great job of regulating energy mood and cogntive functions. No side effects.

My dear daughter is 10. She has auditory processinglanguage processingbasically learning disabilities. I homeschool and she has been a handful. It got to the point where we both had signs of depression. For a couple years Ive gone for help to see exactly what her problems were. Ive always felt she was ADD. Finally a psychologist veried she was ADD. Professionals in the past denied thats what she had Well I did not want to put her on Concerta. We did. She is wonderful.

Until about 3 to 4 months ago the medication appeared to be working well in conjunction with talk therapy; all of this seems like a futile effort and I'm not getting any younger. The only side effects detected seem to be severe dry mouth.
