It does help to 1)get me over the physical nicotine withdrawal and 2)give me something oral to fixate on, but it still doesn't get rid of all my symptoms.

This only helped me for about a month.

It really helps to ease the cravings. After the 3rd day, it got much, much easier. After a month, it felt really easy. I found it hard, impossible actually, to wean off the lozenges though. They're also murder on my stomach. I do think it's a great product because it's the only thing that's ever kept me from smoking for any period of time.
