It really helps to ease the cravings. After the 3rd day, it got much, much easier. After a month, it felt really easy. I found it hard, impossible actually, to wean off the lozenges though. They're also murder on my stomach. I do think it's a great product because it's the only thing that's ever kept me from smoking for any period of time.

I stopped taking them, they took way to long to disolve in my mouth, the fact that you can't eat or drink while it is in your mouth, I could go on.
