I quit cold turkey. I was very sick. The worst thing was not being able to sit still. I was ALL over the place. I had diarrhea stomach pains muscle pains insomnia runny nose etc. I could go on and on all day. It was like the worst flu ever times 100 plus not being able to sit still and wanting to jump through your skin. I never want to go through that again.
