Looking forward to improved health. At the risk of sounding like yoda. There was no try it was a do or do not situation. So i quit. I have been smoking since i was a teenager (over 45years) so hope it isn't too late for me to slow the emphysema and improve my breathing and improve my health quality. Update: Sense of smell and taste have returned. Skin and hair show improvement. Biggest plus has been walking on treadmill, huge improvement in breathing and energy levels.
