By the end of the week I convince myself that I can have one or two socially and then from there the habit reestablishes itself. I smoked as a teen and then quit cold turkey at 29 and didn't smoke again until I was 46. I just need to get into the right mindset and be willing to divert my attention from the thought of having a cigarette.
