My Doctor is paid by my insurance company for 6 month evaluation. This makes me worse my anxiety has increased much more. I feel that I am under a microscope anything I say will be held against me . just dont trust the doctor he told my that I am not getting any better so he is sending me back to work. Then tells me to quit my job. Told I have excuse for everything and I am stubborn. Nice thing to tell someone dealing with anxiety and depression

its working but its not finished yet. its very very hard.

its definently helping. but im not done with it yet. ive imagined myself vomiting and watched videos of people vomiting. it was very hard and stressful

i was a little resistive to going to this therapy group. In the end I did go and was highly helpful... learned alot i did alot of thought charts ...and realized you dont know if you dont ask and that was alot of my anxiety....
