The only thing that works for break through pain. It made me feel dopey at first, but now I function normally on it.
when all else fails 30 mg perhaps twice on a bad day works well only need it once a month just sleepy with it

I use it in conjunction with the Tramadol. Its quite affective but need the Tramadol to boost it. Dont take Cocodamol on an empty stomach as it hurts!!

Because of the coughing Ive managed to crack my ribs so Im on codeine for the pain it works quite well

At night, I am aware to some numbness, but not enough to bother me. Stays in a very mild state while sleeping. Doesn't last very long though.
