I started taking this after reading only positive effects.

600mg200mgx3 daily I dont believe any of my side effects are related to this.
I'm in a CoQ10 blind study - 3 arms: 0mg, 1250 mg, or 2500 mg. I won't know for two years probably what I am on. When my trial ends I will probably buy the 2500 mg dosage just in case. I'm a little worried about the expense, but I haven't had to start any other meds yet, so guess I'll go for it.
