Working / Worked
I have taken this for several years along with a regimen of vitamins and suppliments.
Working / Worked
In doing research I came across a paper done by a Cardiologist which talked about increasing Q10 to as much as 800 mg/day. I tried increasing and in worked. I am at 600mg/day. Also Carnitine I increased to 20ml 3x/day and that has helped. I only do this stuff because noone else knows what to do for me....I am my own ginny pig. Don't do this stuff without talking with your doctor.

I take 1200 mg. per day. I THINK it's working. Not sure because I don't know what I'd be like if I didn't take it.
Working / Worked
I took the vitamins daily and it helped to strengthen my heart.
