I attend once a week. I might do more if my children were older. My husband and I both attend. It helps keep us mindful and considerate and more mature in relationships.

Joined CoDA 17 years ago. Love the program. Helps me recognize my codependent traits and how to address them. Only drawback is that it is a young program and not very many old timers around. Sponsorship is not practiced widely, so its not being passed on to the newcomers very effectively.
