I find it is one of my best working pills as it keeps me calm but not to the point of drowsy. I take one pill in the morning to keep me calm during the day and then two at night to help me sleep.

Started taking this in april of this year. It worked amazingly well when I first started taking it but its now losing its effectiveness. I am going to talk to my dr. about upping the dose.

Helps with my anxiety. I take it when needed. I was once taking it 4 times daily but have been weaned to about 1 a day. 0.5 mg when needed..Very few side effects. Normally causes drowsiness but I have been taking it for about 8 years.

saves me from agitation panic attacks generalized anxiety. Without it I'm Agorophobic, really.

Depending on how severe the episode anywhere from .5 up to 1.5 mg can all but alleviate most anxiety and panic attacks. I as of this moment have not had any noticeable side effects.
