I just started today but so far it is helping with the itching and flaking.

Clobetasol in liquid form has helped me with alopecia patches everytime so far. It takes a couple weeks or months to start regrowing the hair but after that it seems to grow pretty quickly.

Helps greatly with seborrhic dermatitis behind my ears, on scalp and other areas. Burns terribly when applied though-best to apply when dry and scaly. if the skin is raw, I literally scream when I put it on.
