It worked successfully and I am now fine and living a relatively normal life. The effects it has caused is only that I have a weaker immune system.

Then came my induction chemo treatment ( 24 hrs a day, for 7 days), did fine during, but right after, when my counts dropped, I got an infection that sent me to the ICU for 2 weeks on a breathing machine, I didn't want to know exactly what went on there, cause I don't remember, and I woke up after 2 weeks and did not look the same. All I know is that it was really bad, and they saved me. After that I had 4 consolodation chemo (3 hr every 24 hr for 3 dys) Did pretty well through those. It workd

no major side effects a little nausea, a little diorrehea, sensitivity to cold, in the end peripheral neuropathy terminated chemo a little early

no problems with chemo besides smells associated with it making me nauseas after its done. Doctor says i'm an early responder. Hair fell out of course.and then came back. it usually takes me a day until i was back on my feet. Its strong, but its helpful

Induction chemo-still can't believe how sick he was. Apparently didn't kill everything it should have. Too many side effects to list.

3 months of treatments - Was able to work through whole thing.

I Come To Learn That Chemotherapy Weren't As Bad As Some Would Have You To Believe,After The First Few Months It Were Awlful But Then It Were Like Any Other Experience Where You Have To Go Under Chemo Treatment But I Were Also Glad It Were Over Eight Months Ago To Date.Liver Transplant Is The Next And Last Option After This Laser Surgery That I Will Encounter Feb 24th.I Hope And Pray That All Goes Well And If Not I Lived,& Enjoyed My Life The Last Couple Of Years Recovering Heroin Addict Aswell

she did pretty well with her treatment as long as we gave her zofran an hour before she ate. she could eat a little, she craved mini peanutbutter cups.

The chemo gave her jondas,johndas, idk how to spell it... and she got even sicker and had to have a bood transfusion. After that she didn't have any more treatments.

I can't recall the exact drugs used (I've got alot of persistent memory problems from multiple causes). I remember having all the usual side effects, and being given something like Odansatron (sp?) for nausea, which helped.
