16 weeks of Cisplatin, Carboplatin, and another one that starts with the letter V but I can never remember. Side effects were fatique, mouth sores, diarrhea, low blood counts. I was diagnosed with metastasis to sternum and rear rib three months after treatment.

As his age is a factor, they only put him on a short course. The results are very incouraging.
