When I was first diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer stage 3c I received Cisplatin and Taxol following Major debulking surgery. I had 6 rounds of chemotherapy the first time and my CA 125 went down to 16 and my scans were clean. I followed with 6 months of Avastin therapy x1 monthly. I was diagnosed August 2, 2010. Surgery same month, chemo started in September through December every 3 weeks, followed by Avastin every 3 weeks January through July 2011.
