It's great for bloating. Helps me relax, and it's easy enough to get at any cafe.
I use Chamomile Tea for everything from a broken heart, to IBS, To sleeplessness. I like Celestial Seasonings Sleepytime. It may only be psychological (placebo effect) but just the smell of it makes me feel better
