I've been on myfortic since the transplant. It's a balancing act as it causes major diarrhea, but is needed so as to prevent any rejection episodes.

I have been taking Cellcept for over 2 years with teh dosage double a couple months ago.

I'm on a low dose now (250 mg a.m., 500 mg p.m.). Had a lot of GI troubles from it, so my dose was reduced.
