No side Effects initially.. NO nausea because the Oncologist gave my husband a drip with Kytril before the chemo, as well as three days of Emend a tablet for nausea

he was in a study and it worked great, but it is now back. horrible side effects. anemia, fatigue, etc.

So far, So good. Treatment number 5 of 6 due on Nov 19 2009. The first 3 were a breeze. No 4 was difficult, but I expect good things of treatment #5.

so far so good, each treatment the side effects are more noticeable and last just a bit longer. Originally the Dr. intended to use it with the Taxol, but I had a severe reaction to the Taxol and now we are proceeding with only the Carboplatin.
