Took it with Taxol. Lost my hair. Had bad nausea and vomiting. Lost 20 pounds. It worked while I took it, but when I stopped, the cancer came back within a month.

Side effects were awful with first treatment,4 days after surgery,but the later ones not as bad. At first I had just about every side effect known to women!!Hair loss was mostly emotional but weight loss and appetite loss,skin problems ,sores in mouth and throat,diarreah,weakness .chills,tiredness,you name it I had it.But thank the Lord so far it has worked!!

My CA125 numbers started at close to 3000, they are coming down. Hit a bump in the road last month with a pleural effusion. I'm not sure if the cause is due to the chemo drugs or not. Side effects have been tolerable, although worse as time goes on.
