Just started the program 4 days ago (01/01/08). Immediately had more energy and fewer food cravings. In fact, I forgot to eat most of the first day. I concentrated on eating more often after that and I have been having more of a problem with carb cravings.

Impossibe. Could not just eat carbos for a half hour a day.

I like the idea of a reward meal. I use a modify carbohydrate addicts diet now.

not bad, but the meal that allowed the carbs for one hour was getting totally out of control-it sets off the fear/deprivation thing..
