Done it for 4 weeks last year lost 14lbs

Lost weight quickly and easily but the weight soon returned. I disagree with very low calorie diets.

was absolutely brilliant. lost loads of weight when i done it before felt happier and healthier and everyone commented on not just my weight loss but how well i looked and how lovely my skin looked. Problem is i cant afford to do this diet again at the moment.

so hard to do as it involved total meal replacement to get the best results. it did work though and i lost lots of weight but i put it all back on again - the counsellors are not really trained in helping you address food issues for long term success. every one i know who did this regained their weight
