No side effects, have no clue if it worked, and I have now reduced the amount I take based on recent links with heart problems

Take daily plus 10000 bu twice a week.

taking this and 2000 mg of vitamin D3 and it does help with the tiredness. Was taking Fosamax +D but it has too many long term side effects and I have enough going on and don't want to get worse :)
