I just started the Byetta on 3/13/08. This stuff works....sometimes too well! I hit lows sometimes now. I asked to be put on this instead of insulin for I was told insulin will make me gain weight too. No thanks! It's hard enough to lose it on my own!!!

I am starting my second year using Byetta. I am pleased with how it has helped me lose weight and helped my bloodsugar readings. The only side effect I still have is slight abdominal pain.
