I take 30 mg twice daily. This med was prescribed to fix the sexual side effects and general anxiety.

Doctor just up'd my dose to 10mg, 3times/day and it has really decreased my anxiety. I am able to leave the house and go to work. Steady increase in dose to 60mg/day according to doc.

Seems to take the edge off, but makes me extremely dizzy and nauseous so I have to take it at night. It's what I'm taking during pregnancy.
