Helps keem my anxiety down. It reduces my burn out and confusion and helps keep tunel vision away

Helps to keep me from shaking and controls anxiety. I find when it is wearing off I start to rush and go in circles. I dont think clearly. And I burn myself out real fast. If I burn myself out I have to take a 2 hour nap. It helps to keep me awake and allert
