Working / Worked
Sometimes it helps.
Working / Worked
Whenever I start to feel myself getting overly anxious, I stop, remove myself from the situation, and do breathing exercises. This has worked some of the times.
Working / Worked
I've learned to control my anxiety attacks by controlling my breathing.
Working / Worked
I do it along with visualization techniques when I practice hypnotherapy.
Working / Worked
3 x per day.
Working / Worked
I mostly concentrate on my breathing and doing slow, steady breaths. It keeps me from hyperventilating and gives me something to focus on during moments of high anxiety.
Working / Worked
Relax take a slow deep breath and then slowly exhale and picture the positive being drawn in and the negative being let out and remember that it is just a feeling and that it will pass. a feeling can not kill you and neither can anxiety its just fear an fear can be over come. It's a medical fact that anxiety is harmless it just feels horrible.
