This worked for me. I want to get back to it. It was pretty easy to follow too.

I did it for about 2 months. Then went back to just trying to eat healthy. It helps to be educated on foods.
This lasted about a two weeks. I couldn't stick with all the weight training.
I couldn't keep up with the regimen
This worked but I found it hard to maintain.

Tried it a few years ago. The workout routines were too confusing (do this for 1 minute, then do this for 2 minutes).
