Too many details and measuring.
I used it a few years ago and lost 25 lbs in 12 weeks, but as soon as the diet ended I was back at square one.

It has worked in the past but is vrey hard to stick to.
This is a hard regimen, but it worked. You have to be organized.
I have found that all diets work if you work them. I tend to not be consistent.

This diet and exercise program worked extremely well when I had time to do it.
Did this several years ago and lost weight successfully, but didn't commit to it as a lifestyle change. Just recently started BFL for Women. Hope to do well again.
